First shipment of the CILA2S to Egypt
This first semester of 2017, BCP BRA through the requirement of NETZSCH-BRAZIL, called AGIBA PROJECT to Egypt market, developed a new design of CILA2S to attend severe operating conditions that will be working at a desert environment. The CILA2S MEDIUM (NETZSCH) will operate at surface with NETZSCH multiphase screw pumps (MSP) and at least needed to have a IP65 (NEMA 4) class. The desert conditions could be said as high temperature during day (above 50ºC) and approximately zeroºC at night with dust storms frequently. This CILA2S 30HP Medium designed was really special because in the cabinet, it was installed with two C2S BCP GROUP 30HP inverter mdules (BRAZILIAN version), with a DPS for power surge protection, forced fan to guaranteed the inside temperature safety conditions and also a stack light with 3 colors op... 22 Aug 2017 | Leer más

Implementation of Quality Management System for...
The process of implementing a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for BCPGroup Artificial Lift, Inc. was started. In order to have all its processes under international quality standards and complying with the Potential customer requirements. This process will also be used as a guide in the process of migrating from the 2008 version of the ISO standard to the most recent version within all companies belonging to the BCPGroup. Engineer Augusto Acosta, CILA2S LV Corporate Manager, gave a technical workshop on the CILA2S and SWC solution in Germany to a group of sales managers of Netzsch Global. Netzsch has been a technological partner of the BCPGroup for more than 15 years. As the first workshop result in Germany, we have received a request for the offer of CILA2S equipment for Egypt. Netzsch has also made direct product presentations to Windshall, the largest German oil & gas operator.
